Why FORM

The lifting strap, reconsidered.

Graphite FORM D-Ring Cuff Strap secured around a wrist, showing the shaped cuff and cable attachment hardware.

Anatomically shaped wrist cuff

A structured left- and right-specific cuff follows the natural angle of the wrist and spreads pressure across a wider contact area.

Dual D-ring cable attachment

Two stainless-steel D-rings provide durable attachment points for compatible cable clips, keeping the connection close to the cuff.

Comfort where it contacts

A smooth inner lining, softened edge binding and stitching placed away from primary pressure zones improve contact against the skin.

Structure without excess

Dense, low-stretch webbing gives the cuff and strap the structure required for repeated training while keeping the exterior minimal.

Textured FORM grip strap wrapped securely around a knurled barbell.

Extended grip strap

A longer wrapping section uses a textured bar-facing surface to create controlled friction against knurling, dumbbells and machine handles.

Left- and right-specific FORM cuffs with orientation markers and lightly pre-shaped grip tails.

Faster to orient and guide

Discreet left/right markers identify the correct side, while a lightly pre-shaped tail helps guide the strap around the bar.

One strap. Distinct functions.

Built around the wrist. Designed around the lift.

The cuff, D-ring attachment points and grip strap each solve a different part of the connection. Shaped wrist geometry manages contact, dual D-rings connect the cuff to compatible cable hardware, and the extended textured strap creates a secure wrap around the equipment.

From cuff to connection.

Start with the correct side.

Discreet orientation markers distinguish the left cuff from the right so the shaped geometry and strap direction sit consistently.

Designed for the work that grip can limit.

Deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts

A stable connection for loaded hinge work when grip fatigue begins to limit the set.

Barbell and dumbbell rows

Extended wrapping length for repeated horizontal pulling with barbells or dumbbells.

Pulldowns and cable rows

Direct cuff attachment through the dual D-rings for compatible cable clips and repeated pulling sets.

Shrugs, pull-ups and machines

Built for common pulling handles across free-weight, bodyweight and selectorised training.

D-Ring Cuff Straps are designed for controlled strength and hypertrophy training.

The cuff should fit the wrist—not just close around it.

S, M, and L use distinct cuff geometry so the shaped contact area sits where it should. The dual D-rings are intended primarily for cable attachment, not for tightening the cuff.

  1. Measure wrist circumference at the position where the cuff will sit.

  2. Use hand proportion as a secondary input.

  3. A properly fitted cuff sits flat, keeps the softened edges against the skin and positions the D-rings for cable attachment.

Behind FORM

Why the connection should start at the wrist.

FORM treats the cuff, cable attachment hardware and grip strap as one connected system. The wrist shape controls contact, the D-rings provide attachment points for cable work, and the extended textured strap controls the wrap — all resolved with a minimal exterior.
